To support practices with internal and patient communications we have created the Better Access Practice Toolkit. This initial toolkit is for use on digital and social media channels, this is so we can make sure that everything is working well for staff and patients before we provide hard copy materials. We will be adding more assets to support staff and patients over the coming weeks.
It is important that all practice staff are aware of the Better Access service and how it is delivered.
There are many ways that your practice can make sure your patients know about and use the Better Access service.
How your practice can support:
Sharing the Better Access Practice Briefing with all staff.
Actively promoting the service using the Better Access Toolkit.
